This sometimes can occur due to a few reasons and would recommend the following steps are taking to ensure this does not happen again.
- Check and confirm you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer. If not, please download and install the latest version.
- Check if you have enough free space on your hard drive.
- Check if the device has been disconnected or disrupted during the scanning process.
- Check your task manager by holding 'control, alt & delete' and see how much 'CPU/Memory' your computer is using while running Enigma Recovery as sometimes the over use of your computers CPU can cause the software to crash.
