With Enigma Recovery software, you can recover data from your iCloud, which has been deleted from your device. To do so, you will need to log in to your iCloud account to access the backups of your device - don't worry, this is a completely safe process and your login information will never be shared with anyone, including us!

The process is similar to the standard iCloud login process, but occasionally users might encounter issues when trying to log in. If you find yourself in this situation, we suggest you try the following:

  1. If you have enabled two-factor authentication for your Apple ID, make sure that you are following the correct process to access your iCloud account. You can find out more about two-factor authentication here.
  2. We have recently made a few updates to our software to enhance our iCloud recovery capabilities. If you're having trouble with the iCloud Recovery functionality, it might be because you're using an older version of the software. We advise that you uninstall the current Enigma Recovery software that you have installed and download the software from here instead. This will automatically ensure that you are using the latest version of the software, making it more likely that you will be able to find all the data you need!
