Once you complete your first Incremental Backup, the software will add more recent data to your backup every time you scan your device with Enigma Recovery. If you have connected and scanned your device after an initial incremental backup has been completed, but are not able to see any data, we have a few tips that can help you:
Close Enigma Recovery software and disconnect your iOS device. Then launch the software again and connect your device again. Once the software has recognised your device, click 'Start scan'.
Ensure that you have closed the apps on your phone that you are trying to recover from, so that they do not continue to run in the background. Find out how to do that here.
Ensure that your device remains connected to your computer for the duration of the scan, preferably using a genuine Apple cable, as non-Apple cables are known to malfunction.
Make sure that you have turned on 'Airplane mode' on your iOS device before you start the scan. For help on how to turn this setting on, click here.
