Enigma Recovery is available as a limited free trial, for you to scan your iOS device or backup and make sure that our software is able to extract data from your device. 

Once you have purchased a license key simply enter it into the software to unlock all of the features that are available in the full version. To find out how to activate your software, please click here

If you have activated the software with your license key, but it is still running in trial mode, we recommend the following:

  1. Make sure that you have correctly activated your software, following the instructions.
  2. Once you have activated the software, re-scan your device to display all of the data found on your device.
  3. If you have purchased your license key by clicking ‘Upgrade’ in the software, please close the software down fully, re-launch it and then enter your activate key when prompted.
