Having trouble activating your software with your license key? We usually see this happening for a few reasons:

Incorrect license key

Make sure that the license key that you’re entering into the software is correct and exactly matches the code you received in your payment confirmation by email. Your unique license key will be 32-digits, made up of letters and numbers. We advise that you copy and paste the code directly from your email into the software – it is quite long after all!

Extra spaces in the license key

Check the license key that you are attempting to activate the software with, and make sure that there are no spaces before or after the code as this will lead to activation issues. 

Connectivity problems

If there are any issues in connectivity, including internet connectivity and/or between the software and our servers, this can sometimes cause problems in activation. If this is the case, make sure that your internet connection is working and then try activating the software again.
