To overcome this issue, please try the following:
- Uninstall the software completely and then re-install the software. If you have purchased the software, this will not affect your license.
- Uninstall iTunes and re-install it, making sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of iTunes (you may need to update your computer OS settings to use the latest iTunes version)
